- Strategic & Operational Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing insights and ensuring key priorities are executed effectively. Work across functions to drive alignment on business goals and oversee high-impact special projects.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely execution of strategic projects that contribute to business growth.
- Administrative & Process Efficiency: Optimize workflows, manage calendar prioritization, budgets, paperwork, and documentation, and establish operational frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Investor & Business Development Support: Assist in fundraising efforts, prepare investor pitch decks, organize meetings, and handle follow-ups and due diligence processes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives, helping leadership stay aligned and focused.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key business metrics, prepare dashboards and reports, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Culture & Communication: Organize internal communications, company events, and town halls, ensuring seamless information flow and strong team engagement.
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, business operations, project management, or consulting.
- Background from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
