Job Overview:
We are looking for a Chief of Staff (CoS) to serve as the Founder's right hand, optimizing decision-making, streamlining operations, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute high-priority projects, enhance productivity, and drive business growth. The CoS will work across multiple teams, supporting everything from project management to investor relations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative support: Calendar prioritization, managing budgets, paperwork, reviewing documents
- Project Management: Can oversee small projects and ensure they stay on track. Hold accountability on these projects/tracks/initiatives
- Operational efficiency: Streamline basic operations & processes. Could help eliminate unnecessary processes, create new ones, establish protocol etc
- Fundraising support: Assist with preparing pitch decks, organizing investor meetings & doing due diligence
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Data analysis & reporting: Analyse biz metrics, generate reports, prepare data and dashboards
- Others: Are a jack of all trades, can enable org events, townhalls and comms across
Key Requirements:
- Tier 1 or 2 grad school + 2-4 yrs. of exp
- Diverse backgrounds like Data analytics, project management, BD or GTM strategy etc
- Self-starter, resilient & confident communicators
- High on collaboration & relational skills
- Problem solvers with bias for execution
- Program management skill
