Core Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CEO to refine and implement the company's strategic vision across digital brokerage, development management, and innovative product development.

- Lead critical strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals and boosting our market dominance.

- Drive key decision-making processes, preparing detailed briefs and facilitating high-level discussions.

- Act as a delegate for the CEO in crucial meetings, conveying our strategic directions and representing Company interests with poise and authority.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships to enhance organizational influence and operational effectiveness.

- With extensive experience in risk management, cross-functional departmental teams, driving strategic initiatives and conducting thorough due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance across the organization.

What You Bring:

- An MBA from a premier institution such as Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, Wharton, IIM, or ISB.

- Demonstrated experience in strategic roles within technology or real estate sectors or both, ideally in a rapidly scaling environment.

- Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills, adept at managing complex projects and multi-stakeholder interactions.

- Proven leadership abilities, with a capacity for high autonomy and confidentiality.

Desirable Expertise:

- Background in consulting or investment banking, with robust experience in dynamic, high stakes environments.

- In-depth knowledge or direct experience in the real estate or proptech industries.
