ABOUT LIFEFULFIL
Lifefulê€l is a life transformational coaching company, based in Delhi, India, focused on empowering
leaders and emerging leaders to achieve success and fulꢀllment in their personal and professional
lives. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to support coordination and execution
across various aspects of our growing business.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational ꢁow of Lifefulꢀl.
You will work closely with the Founder to ensure the seamless execution of all aspects of the business,
except direct coaching delivery. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an impactful start-up
organization, develop versatile skills, and grow alongside the business.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Operational Support
Coordinate and assist in day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, follow-ups, and
documentation.
Support backend operations such as managing databases, and report generation.
+ Client Management
Manage communication with clients (email, social media reachouts, calls, messages, follow-ups)
to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Assist in onboarding clients, sharing program details, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
+ Marketing & Social Media Support
Coordinate the creation and scheduling of content for Social media platforms.
Support in executing marketing campaigns, analyzing engagement metrics, and maintaining an
active online presence.
+ Program Coordination
Assist in organizing sessions, webinars, and corporate and individual group coaching programs.
Handle registrations, reminders, and follow-ups for events/sessions.
+ Partner Coordination
Liaise with third-party vendors (designers, tech support, etc.) for timely execution of tasks.
Follow up on deliverables and ensure alignment with Lifefulꢀl’s standards.
+ Research & Documentation
Conduct research on trends in life coaching, leadership programs, and professional growth to
support business strategy.
Help in preparing presentations, write minutes of meetings, and assist in drafting proposals as
needed.
+ General Administrative Support
Manage calendars, emails, and travel arrangements (for any in-person assignment).
Provide support with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and basic ꢀnancial coordination.



QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Skills & Competencies:
Attributes:
Detail-oriented with a
Minimum Bachelor’s
degree (Psychology
preferred).
Prior internship or work
experience in operations,
administration, or client
support is a plus.
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, with the
ability to engage clients in a
professional and friendly
manner.

Working knowledge in
