Business Development Intern

Role Summary: The individual will be responsible for driving business growth through new strategic initiatives. He / she is expected to be a driven individual and a self-starter exploring gaps in the current systems and processes and finding new pockets of value

Responsibilities:

• He/ She should be good in MS excel. Should know Pivots, VLOOK Up, HLOOK Up, etc.
• Should be good at handling large data sets and analysis of the same.
• Understand the areas of strategic planning, expansion, and execution, including designing and driving KRAs across teams.
• Assist in building the final annual and quarterly business plan of the company.
• Assist in managing sales team to get the right outcomes including achievement of sales revenue and volume.
• Review and monitor account trends, forecasts, sales and establish plans for all accounts
• Recommend corrective measures and account strategy basis historical performance.
• Assist in keeping track of the commercials of the ongoing projects, preparing monthly updates, presenting it BU management, and highlighting the deviations.
• Coordinate across cross-functional verticals to ensure smooth strategy execution & timely issue escalation.
• To support Strategy head in his day-to-day activities
• Support the team for preparing the documents for bidding.

Pre-requisites:

• Qualification: Graduate
• Certifications/ Skill sets: Excel (Mid to advance), PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Financial acumen
• Analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability of long-term thinking and efficient, quality, & timely work delivery
