Customer Success Manager (US Process)

Designation: Program Manager/Sr. Manager

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Reporting to: Associate Director

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the program schedule in collaboration with the Faculty
• Plan the training programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
• Onboard and manage faculty as needed to achieve student success
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and align them toward program goals
• Ensure high program completion rate of students
• Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
• Keep all stakeholders informed with detailed dashboards/reports/presentations
• Achieve high stakeholder delight (measured as Net Promoter Score)

Required Skills, Qualification and Eligibility:

• Proven experience as a program manager or operations manager
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship and business management skills
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
• Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
• An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience with Abroad universities as Program Manager/ Ops/ Coordinator is given an advantage
• Flexible to work in the US shift timings
