Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Role: Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate executive/CXOs communications, including answering calls, responding to emails, and interacting with clients.
• Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage travel itineraries.
• Arrange meeting designations, take minutes, circulate them, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents.
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality.
• Foster and sustain professionalism among staff and clientele.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.

Must-Have skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
