Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements both international & domestic.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  
• Handle confidential matters discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in using outlook calendar, EA software for managing schedules and tasks.
  
• Strong skills in letter drafting, fixing appointments, MOM creation, and Travel Management.

• Office Location : Gurugram, Cyber City
• 5 Days work from office .
• Should have prior experience in the EA to CEO role.
