Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the employees of the operations and retail function.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues.
- Maintain and analyse employee data for determining key talent trends.
- Drive completion of annual/ bi-annual performance appraisal cycles for stakeholder functions
- Provide support to stakeholders on HR policy interpretation for supporting operations.
- Implement key talent programs to identify and develop talent within stakeholder functions.
- Work closely with COEs for deployment of new HR policies/ initiatives.
- Identify and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify training needs for business units.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong data and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the ecommerce industry is preferred
- Proven ability to execute people/ talent programs
Candidate Profile:
Required Experience(s):
- 4-5 years of experience in HR roles including a minimum of 1 year as an HR Business Partner
