Job Description
Qualification: BE or Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
JobRoles and Requirements:
Shouldhave sound knowledge of design of furnaces (preferably Vacuum furnaces) /Machine tools, making design from concept. Generating BOM.
Expertin solid works, must be able to make the general assembly in the 3D and sharewith team and get production deliverables. Should have working knowledge ofoffice software like MS-office, mails, VC, etc.
Preparingthe estimation BOM and help sales to prepare the competitive offer.
Knowledgeof standard engineering components, drive elements, structural sectionsavailable in Indian market and strength of materials etc.
ASMESec. VIII design calculations (manual / PV-Elite), Total Power requirement calculations, heater sizing calculations, etc.
Shouldhave very good experience in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other software.
Should be to lead team of junior / assistance to meet the teams output requirements ascommitted.
Mustbe quick learner and implementing the acquired information.
