Job Description
Qualification: B.Pharm /M.Pharm /PhD in Pharma/ Biotech with an MBA. PMP certification is anadded advantage.
Job Roles Responsibilities:
1. Last 3 to 5 years leading ProjectManagement Officer ( PMO ) Functionexperience in formulation and development.
2. Must possess experience of 10-12 years in RD / Plant Operation/ Manufacturing, PM related roles.
3. Has knowledge of Setting up workfor PMO Function. Hands on experience on tools like Gantt chart or similartools.
4. Knowledge of project planning,initiation, execution, tracking, monitoring, and facilitating completion ofpharmaceutical product portfolio of the company.
5. Should have experience in leadingof Cross Functional Team meetings to track monitor projects.
6. Technical know how - developing aschedule, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget,serialization, packaging and analyzing workloads.
7. Experience of acting as a singlepoint of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholderengagement strategies and plans.
8. Should have knowledge to ensureproject goals are aligned with organizational objectives: Project plan updatedreal-time utilized by project teams to track activities.
9. Require good communication skills(Written and verbal both) along with hands on skills of excel data managementPMO.
10. Monitoring and accountability fortechnology transfer.
11. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among allstake holders like BD, sourcing, licensing, RD, quality assurance / control , manufacturing , regulatory.
12. Coordinate with customertechnical team or PMO for smoothexecution of project. Makea product basket in coordination with BDM for filing in various markets basedon the cost and market size in each market.
Threshold Requirement in the Job role(Additional but not mandatory)
Should be familiar with:
1. CurrentRegulatory Guidance understanding pharma regulations across EU Emerging markets
2. Experience ininjectable manufacturing in the Oncology/Anesthesia Therapeutic Area would be anadded advantage
