Job Description

The LeadGraphic Designer will be responsible for leading the design efforts for IC3Movement, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual identity across allplatforms. This role requires a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range ofdesign skills and a deep understanding of design principles. The idealcandidate will have experience managing design projects from inception tocompletion and mentoring junior designers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design Strategy : Guide the design strategy and ensure that all work is consistentwith IC3 Movementbrand and objectives.
Project Management : Lead design projects from concept through to completion,maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including OutreachPartnership, Operations, and Events to create cohesive and effectivedesigns.
Timely Delivery : Ensure all design deliverables are completed on schedule andmanage project timelines effectively.
Team Mentoring : Mentor other team members, providing feedback and support tohelp them advance their skills and contribute effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong Portfolio : Demonstrated design skills across both print and digital mediumwith a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Design Tools : Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Design Leadership : Ability to guide the overall design effort and ensureconsistency across all projects.
Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail with a deep understanding of typography,color theory, and layout design.
