4. Cross functional collaboration:
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams like category, marketing, IT, HR etc. to supportretail initiatives.
Coordinatewith HO to ensure effective implementation of Pan India initiatives at regionallevel, provide feedback and insights from the region to inform centraldecision-making.
