Job Description

Job title: HR Manager

Line Manager: Head of P&C (Australia)

Role Outline

The role of the HR Manager is to administer the Employee lifecycle including managing and administering pay, benefits, leave and attendance and enforcing company policies and procedures.

The role involves:

  • Administration and management of employee lifecycle at Quantaco Hyderabad
  • Effective onboarding of new starters to ensure complete documentation and employee details are recorded
  • Ownership of the Keka HR portal and other HRIS to maintain full and accurate Employee records
  • Guide Employees and Managers through company processes and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all HRIS systems
  • Keka HR employee details creation is correct and complete
  • Correct and complete New Employee creation
  • Making relevant adjustments to entries
  • System Training to new starters
  • Administration of leave and attendance and facilitate conversations with employees and managers if any issues
  • Administration of other HR systems including Bonusly and Culture Amp
  • Create and administer People policies and procedures that are contemporary, insights driven, connected and relevant.
  • Measure, monitor and positively influence employee engagement across the Hyderabad office.
  • Management and Administration of the Probation cycle, ensuring that Initial meetings and review meetings are completed and recorded accurately
  • Management and Administration of the Performance cycle, ensuring that all Quarterly and Annual review meetings are completed and recorded accurately
  • Coaching of Managers where required to support underperformance conversations, employee coaching, issue handling as required
  • Ensure all people managers have training on and access to all policies and procedures related to recruitment, performance management and are adequately trained in management and supervisory responsibilities.
  • Work with the broader team to drive collaboration days so they are able to achieve the business objectives.
  • Review of monthly Payroll in support of Talent Formula Shared Services, to support on time and accurate payroll generation and payment upload to employees each month without fail
  • Exceptions management for out of cycle payments for employees to allow them to meet financial obligations
  • Monitor and administer reward and recognition, bonus and incentive schemes
  • Coordination of Onboarding documentation to ensure all staff have required documents saved on their employee file, as well as conducting periodic checks to ensure completeness
  • Recruitment support to facilitate hiring manager interviews
  • Creation and Issuing of Employee Letters, including confirmation letters, relieving letters and service certificates to employees

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:


  • Bachelors degree or MBA equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years proven experience in HR Manager position, preferably with experience with international clients or a global business
  • Excellent language and communication skills
  • Methodical and process minded, with good systems skills
  • Experience with facilitating
  • Excellent time management skills and can adjust to shifting deadlines and priorities
  • Knowledge of Keka HRIS platform highly advantageous
