About This Role.

We are looking for an energetic and seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team at Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities.

Own and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.

Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.

Be the first point-of-contact to address employee grievances and take ownership of maintaining a positive workplace.

Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

Collate, analyze and present insights related to HR data to understand workforce trends and measure HR effectiveness.

Assist with changes in the organization by guiding communication and training efforts.

Essential Qualifications.

A full time MBA in Human Resources.

3 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar position.

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications.

Experience of working in a fast pace, technology startup.

Good Academic Background, demonstrated passion to learn new skills.

Short Joining Period.

Working Hours: 11:00am IST to 8:00 p.
