Enterprise Sales Executive will acquire and manage relationships with enterprise-level clients for our assessment solution. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing the entire sales cycle, and working closely with product and marketing teams to ensure that assessment solutions meet the evolving needs of large organizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and manage enterprise clients for candidate assessment solutions.
- Identify and target key enterprise prospects, manage the sales funnel, and ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on market needs.
- Customize sales presentations and proposals to address the specific needs of enterprise clients, showcasing the capabilities and ROI of Gappeo's assessment tools.
- Lead contract negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Candidate Assessments, SaaS or HR tech industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the HR tech space, particularly in candidate assessment tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
