Position: Key Account Manager (KAM).
Work Experience: Min 2-5 years.
Job Location: Saki Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400072.
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday , 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
Work Mode: Work from Office.
Interview Mode: Face to Face Interview only, No Virtual.
Overview:
- The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients. The KAM will act as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
- The role involves strategic planning, sales, and account management to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Oversee the success of client research projects, collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret client needs and make strategic recommendations.
- Proactively follow up with leads and customers, ensuring timely resolution of open issues.
- Troubleshoot client concerns, conduct training sessions, and offer technical support to enhance customer experience. Assist in developing and executing marketing and digital communication strategies to address client queries and expand engagement.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product and technology teams to improve services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's, Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Recent experience in a client-facing role, ideally in advertising, digital marketing, or research agencies.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Comfortable interacting with senior clients from the consumer industry and presenting solutions effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving business needs. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and relentless in follow-ups to ensure smooth client interactions.
- Excel in working with diverse teams and fostering collaborative relationships. Impeccable communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
