We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth by acquiring and managing relationships with enterprise-level clients for our cutting-edge assessment solutions.
This role involves strategic planning, managing the complete sales cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet the evolving needs of large organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and manage enterprise clients for candidate assessment solutions.
- Identify and target key enterprise prospects, manage the sales funnel, and ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on client and market feedback.
- Customize sales presentations and proposals to address specific enterprise client needs, showcasing the capabilities and ROI of assessment tools.
- Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends to effectively position products in the HR tech space.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Experience: 3+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in candidate assessments, SaaS, or HR tech industries, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the HR tech landscape, particularly in candidate assessment tools.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Results-driven with excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
