Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job portals, social media ETC
• Screen candidates resume and job application
• Should be comfortable and confident bulk hiring, campus hiring, vendor manage
• Need to be versatile with work
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Understand client requirements

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands on experience with various selection process
• Expert in client management /Client Engagement
