Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Meeting the requirements for various campaigns within stipulated timelines
- Attend Walk-in candidates and conduct preliminary interviews / screening process.
- Source candidates from web portals
- Coordination with all the Project Managers / Team leaders for interview & follow-up for the candidates selected.
- Coordinating with the HR team regarding dates and timings of new joining batches
- Making Reference Checks of the new joiners
- Updating Daily Recruitment Report and emailing the same to the concerned managers
