Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and campus placements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions for bulk hiring purposes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Talent Sourcing principles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.
• Immediate Joiners are welcome

Job Details

• Work Type- Office mode
• Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)
• Working Days: Monday-Saturday (Sunday Fixed Week off)
• Fresher's can also apply
• If experienced, minimum 6 months of Experience as Recruiter/Bulk Hiring
• Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi (Spoken), With strong English writing Skills
