Job Description

Position Title: Business Analyst-International Sales

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India



ROLE OVERVIEW:


The Business Analyst - International Sales will play a critical role in supporting our global expansion efforts. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, managing lead pipelines, tracking operational data, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Market Analysis:

  • Manage and update lead pipelines using CRM tools like Trello.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential countries, industries, and government bodies for expansion.
  • Perform competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to support strategic sales decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.

2. Sales Operational Support:

  • Track costs, supplier data, and key operational metrics to support profitability analysis.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and assist in logistics management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Organize and manage technical documents, proposals, and product specifications.
  • Support the pricing analysis process to ensure competitive and profitable offerings.

3. Data Management & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain databases for leads, suppliers, and operational activities.
  • Utilize Al tools (like ChatGPT) to automate data processes, generate reports, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management to track performance and support strategic planning.


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BBA, BMS, or equivalent.
  • Strong english communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business analytics or sales operations,
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for data analysis, research, and automation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead management.
  • Strong data handling and analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets), problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of cost tracking, supplier coordination, and logistics management.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of defense technology and technical products is a plus.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and must be quick learner with a proactive approach to new challenges.
