Job Description:


Department: Sales

Job Function: Sales and Business Development

Location: Noida

Objective:


- This role requires dynamic leadership focusing on driving business growth, resource management, and the implementation of innovative strategies to meet annual objectives.


- This role involves analyzing both present and future product needs, ensuring proactive business solutions for market demands. It emphasizes creativity in preparing impactful client presentations and engaging in technical discussions to develop tailored solutions.


- With a proactive business approach and fostering creativity in sales solutions achieving successful outcomes is key, by implementing strategic sales plans to ensuring timely collections and resolving reconciliation issues, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for effective leadership, performance, planning, resource management, business generation and expansion in the national market.

2. Meeting annual operating plan by focusing on growth strategies.

3. Analyze the current requirements of our products as well as estimating the future requirement of our products for next 2-3 years.

4. Preparation and deliverance of company's presentation and product / solution presentations at client's location (if required).

5. Attend technical bid opening and technical discussions for solution development at client's location (if required).

6. Monitor acknowledgement/acceptance of Supply Order after receipt of original Supply Order (If required).

7. Establishing and implementing the delivery plans and strategies for successful delivery in accordance with customer expectations and planning of Operations (Project Delivery) Team.

8. Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables along with Project Operations.

9. Team. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis along with Project Operations Team.

10. Experience with ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, will be an added advantage.

Job Specifications:


1. Ability to deal with people at multiple levels.

2. Strong interpersonal skill to maintain & elevate relationship with end-customers and partners.

3. Ability to generate & execute large value business deals end to end.

4. Preferred from Opto-Electronics/ Electronics security, IT hardware and Office automation industry only.

5. Must be willing to travel.

6. Preferably retired defense personnel.
