Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the USA.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Sales Cycle Management:
- Own the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients to drive customer acquisition and expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in the U.S. market.
- Strong experience in selling SaaS solutions is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and execute go-to-market strategies.
