Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, issues, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive organizational culture by implementing programs that support employee engagement and well-being.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and use feedback to drive initiatives for improvement.
Performance Management:.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring managers set clear goals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Monitor employee performance, offer coaching, and develop strategies for performance improvement.
- Design and implement performance-related programs, such as reward and recognition schemes, to enhance productivity and morale.
Compliance & Policy Management:.
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Stay updated on labor laws and ensure the company's HR policies are in line with regulatory changes.
- Develop, update, and enforce the company's employee handbook and other HR-related policies.
Compensation & Benefits:.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs.
- Manage payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Conduct compensation analysis and market benchmarking to maintain competitive salary structures.
HR Analytics & Reporting:.
- Collect, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports to senior management, including turnover rates, employee engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Use data to identify trends and propose HR strategies to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and overall HR performance.
