Candidates should have experience in Govt. Sales
1. Generate business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
2. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the products, including their technical specifications, features, and applications within relevant market segments.
3. Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with integrated electronic systems, including CCTV, Gate Management, Access Control, and Opto Electronics systems.
4. Coordinate with the presales team to design appropriate technical solutions.
5. Analyze the current product requirements and forecast the product needs for the next 2-3 years. Ensure that all case-related documentation is thoroughly completed.
6. Prepare detailed budgetary proposals, including technical and commercial offers, for management approval.
7. Conduct site surveys when required for budgetary or tender bidding purposes.
8. Develop both technical and commercial bids, collaborating with the team to ensure timely submission. Properly categorize inquiries as needed.
9. Participate in technical bid meetings and discussions with clients at their locations.
10. Lead technical demonstrations and deliver product presentations to clients.
11. Prepare Order Processing Forms (OPF) and maintain accurate records of GO/NO Go Sheets.
12. Attend CNC/PNC meetings if designated as the Lowest Bidder (L1), as required.
Job Specifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (B.Tech) or a relevant diploma, with experience in government sales.
2. Familiarity with ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, is desirable.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
4. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and a high level of computer literacy are required.
5. Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently is crucial.
6. Proven ability to collaborate and interact with management and team members at all organizational levels.
