Sr. Executive - Accounts and Finance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for all data entries related to accounts and finance, including Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, incoming and outgoing payments, and journal entries.

2. Accurately process and record Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), reconcile accounts, and manage the chart of accounts and imprest.

3. Assist in preparing balance sheets, trial balances, and other financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and standards.

4. Utilize SAP Business One (SAP-B1) for effective management of financial transactions, reporting, and analysis.

5. Utilize Tally Prime for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and generating financial reports.

6. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping practices for all financial transactions to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

7. Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements, ledgers, and trial balances, to identify and resolve discrepancies.

8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal regulations, and internal financial policies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a must.

2. Applicants must have expertise in SAP Business One (SAP - B1) and Tally Prime.

3. Experience with AP/ AR invoices, journal entries, TDS, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

4. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently is essential.

5. Applicants should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.

6. Commitment to meticulous record-keeping and regulatory compliance.
