Executive- Accounts

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be helping with basic accounting tasks and ensuring that our financial records are properly maintained. You should be comfortable using accounting software like Tally and handling day-to-day financial activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize Documents:
• Keep bills, invoices, and other important financial papers organized and easy to find.
2. Create Cash Vouchers:
• Prepare cash vouchers for different payments and ensure they are correctly entered in the Tally software.
3. Use Tally for Entries:
• Make sure all cash vouchers and financial transactions are entered accurately in Tally.
4. ERP System Work:
• Use the companys ERP system to manage accounting tasks and keep all financial data up to date.
5. Bank Tasks:
• Handle basic bank-related tasks such as checking bank statements, making deposits, and assisting with any banking needs.
6. Manage Payment Sheets:
• Prepare and maintain payment sheets, ensuring that all payments to vendors and suppliers are accurate and processed on time.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or something related is preferred.
• Knowledge of Tally and basic understanding of accounting software.
• Ability to keep financial records accurate and organized.
• Previous experience in handling bank transactions is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and able to manage tasks on time.
