- About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team in Pune.
- This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

- Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries.
- Proactively anticipate and address client needs and concerns.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Business Development: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the target market.
- Engage in lead generation activities, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Proposal Management: Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Ensure that proposed solutions effectively address client needs and requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and account status updates to management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of proven experience in a business development Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
