Job Description

  • Call Target : Maintain a high volume of daily calls, ensuring effective connectivity and sufficient talk time to meet performance standards.
  • Conversion Rate : Aim for high conversion rates across various project stages, including lead verification, application payments, and final conversions.
  • Project Success ratio : Ensure a high success ratio by consistently achieving positive outcomes aligned with each projects specific goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt delivery, effective communication, strong rapport building, and a thorough understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Reporting : Submit detailed daily reports to the relevant managers and team members, including call metrics, lead quality assessments, and campaign feedback, ensuring accuracy and thorough analysis.
  • Competitor Analysis and Market Research : Conduct research and competitor analysis, focusing on lead quality and strategies. Engage with competitors to observe their pitches and actions, and deliver comprehensive market and competitor reports.
  • Written & verbal communication and Voice modulation : Regularly review top call recordings and practice daily to improve pitch flow, tone, voice modulation, and typing skills while maintaining high call quality and strong communication etiquette.

Experience :

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, specializing in implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth through effective voice and sales initiatives.

Skills :

  • Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Proven track record in cultivating and maintaining client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Experienced in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide strategic planning.
  • Effective team player, contributing to a positive work environment and improving overall team performance.
  • Proficient in utilizing analytics and performance metrics to monitor sales activities, assess results, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Adept at creating compelling presentations, negotiating effectively, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
