Job Description
Position Title Business Development Executive
Department Business Development / Sales
Reports To Business Development Manager / Sales Director
Position Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and driving the growth of the company. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and sales initiatives to expand the companys market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategic sales plans.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company s target customer profile.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Highlight the benefits and value proposition of the companys products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly executed and documented.
Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor s degree in any field.
- Experience

- Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Working Conditions
- Office environment with working hours Mon- Fri between 630 PM IST to 330 AM IST or 730 PM IST to 430 AM IST.
