We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at WALLOP ADVERTISING PRIVATE LIMITED Mumbai Location.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications And Skills.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Experience in proposal building and sales presentations.
Ability to coordinate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in recording sales calls and meeting details.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
Roles And Responsibilities Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), Positive attitude.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating daily activities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Support the Sales Team for the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
Coordination with photographer and client.
Monitor and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
Coordinate sales meetings and assist with meeting preparations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
Keep Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to the concerned Head.
Building and maintaining long-term client relations.
Addressing any queries and complaints through phone.
Recording sales calls and meeting details for future reference.
Taking up any urgent requests or queries on time.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in team meetings.
