Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a Mid-Level role with 4 to 6 years of experience.

This is a Full-Time position based in Chandigarh.

Qualifications And Skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

4 to 6 years of experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Knowledge of the visa and immigration industry is a plus.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our services and products.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the sales team.

Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.

Track and monitor sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, prospects, and sales activities.

Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
