We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales department by managing customer orders, tracking sales team performance, coordinating communications with sales team, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations. Responsibilities:
Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order entry and fulfillment. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery. Track order status and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to orders. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with sales presentations, proposals, and customer demonstrations. Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales team performance. Coordinate communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments. CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and managing sales-related documentation. Provide general support to the sales team as needed.
