As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and providing excellent customer service

This is a full-time position based in Tarn Taran Sahib, Punjab, India, with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office

Knowledge of the visa and immigration process is preferred

Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in achieving their sales targets

Provide excellent customer service by assisting potential students in the visa and immigration process

Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through various channels

Maintain a database of potential leads and update it regularly

Organize and attend sales events, seminars, and workshops

Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis

Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts and invoices

Support the sales team in any other tasks as required
