International Business Development Officer

• Handle new leads generated through various channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Respond to new leads in a timely and professional manner, providing quotations and addressing inquiries
• Negotiate contract terms, prices, and payment conditions with potential clients
• Request and gather regulatory requirements from clients
• Regularly follow up with new leads to progress discussions and close deals
• Arrange and coordinate the preparation of required documents for product registration
• Organize product samples and dossiers for registration purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, logistics, and production departments
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales performance
• Market research and data analysis
