Job Description:

- Organize and lead all efforts in the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for full time positions in your designated business area.

- You will work closely with business leaders to determine staffing strategies to identify, attract, screen, and recruit top candidates for and work closely with your team to execute these strategies.

- You will apply your staffing proficiency to drive established standards and implement improvements.

Job Description:

- Work closely with the RPO Account Manager to ensure seamless delivery of all requisitions on day-to-day basis.

- Interact regularly with Global RPO Delivery for updates and status and ensure local Governance.

- Focus on continuous improvement to delivery and ensure adherence to all global changes/improvements.

- Review candidate slates and sourcing quality on a periodic basis.

- Ensure absolute adherence to Staffing End to End Process.

- Review opportunities for improvement and highlight to Global Delivery Focal.

- Establish escalation matrix and remove barriers to recruitment.

- Expand talent pools and work with RPOs to create talent communities.

- Be Accountable for improving all critical staffing SLAs/KPIs along with RPO.

- Adopt and deploy Technology Strategy & Innovation.

- Review and approve billing details of RPO every month and work closely with Operation SME to execute payments.
