Business Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing business data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing TAC Securitys products and services.
• Requirements Gathering: Support the team in gathering and documenting business requirements for new features, product improvements, and client requests.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the identification of areas for process optimization, ensuring the companys products and services align with business goals and client needs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to help shape business strategy and product development.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure that business requirements are aligned with technical solutions.
• Customer Feedback Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to understand customer pain points and improve the overall user experience.
• Project Support: Provide support to Business Analysts and Product Managers in managing and tracking the progress of ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools, processes, and technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in the cybersecurity industry and willingness to learn about the latest trends and technologies.
• Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and practices is preferred.
