Certified Public Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage and oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving strategies, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Offer expert advice to clients on tax planning, financial management, and business decisions.
• Stay current on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the completion of audits.
• Assist in financial forecasting and risk management strategies.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other departments within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or auditing, with prior experience in tax preparation preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems).
