Seo Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing strategies to improve website rankings on search engines, increasing organic traffic, and improving overall search engine visibility. You will work closely with content, design, and technical teams to implement and optimize SEO campaigns and ensure best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Page SEO: Optimize website content for search engines, including keywords, meta tags, headings, and images.
• Off-Page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks and execute link-building strategies.
• Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexing.
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content and optimization strategies.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and recommend content improvements based on SEO insights.
• SEO Audits: Perform regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize current performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs to track website performance, monitor key metrics, and generate reports on SEO effectiveness.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies are aligned with industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with web developers and designers to ensure technical SEO elements are effectively implemented.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience in technical SEO (e.g., site audits, structured data, and schema markup).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate SEO concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with content strategy and keyword research.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce SEO.
• Familiarity with paid search (PPC) strategies.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of proven SEO experience, with demonstrated success in improving organic search visibility and driving traffic.
