Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
  
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including ledgers, journal entries, and balance sheets.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure all required documentation is provided.
• Prepare tax returns and handle necessary filings with authorities.
• Team Management:
  
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development.
• Assist with training and development of the accounts team to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Financial Analysis & Budgeting:
  
• Assist with the development and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements in financial operations.
• Stakeholder Interaction:
  
• Liaise with internal departments (such as HR, Sales, Operations) to provide financial data and assist with budget planning.
• Work closely with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and tax authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar qualification preferred).
