Senior Accountant - US Taxation (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for US Tax professionals - with the following minimum requirements & qualifications:

General Minimum requirements:

- Completion of B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA / CPA.

- 2+ years of US Tax experience.

- Experience in US Tax (Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120S) - Mandatory.

- Preparation and review of individual, trust, partnership, and corporate income tax returns.

- US Federal returns experience - Mandatory.

- Not out of US Tax for more than 2 years.

- Public Accounting firm experience.

- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing.

- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.

- SIC / Assistant Manager Minimum requirements:

- Experience in US Tax (Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120S) - At least 30% experience in Form 1065.

- Preparer on complex tax returns that require technical tax law knowledge and expertise.

- Reviews complex tax returns prepared.

- Effectively supervises, trains, mentors, and develops associates and seniors.

- Trains, mentors, and develops junior team members.

- Mentor other employees outside of Value Chain.
