Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements.
- Monitor cash flows, manage working capital, and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency.
Compliance & Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational integrity.
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies and operational plans.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems to support digital transformation initiatives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, assurance, and consulting, to support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and strengthen client relationships, addressing financial inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with financial services.
- Partner with clients to understand their financial challenges and offer tailored solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- MBA or professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA will be an advantage.
- 4-6 years of experience in finance management, preferably within consulting or managed services.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with accounting standards (e.g, IFRS, GAAP) and statutory compliance.
Soft Skills:
- Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
