Role: Sr. Finance Manager

Location: Indore

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support business goals.

- Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for management review.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and IRDA compliance, tax laws, and corporate policies.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage investments to ensure liquidity. Optimize revenue ops for timely cash inflows.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting efficiency and accountability.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing strong internal controls.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various departments to provide financial insights, optimize operational processes and drive cost optimization.

- Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role and recent experience at an Insurance broking firm.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
