Identity & Access Management Lead (2-8 yrs)

As an Identity Access Management Lead, where you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to ensure secure and seamless access across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Identity Access Management (IAM) process, ensuring robust access controls and policies.

- Work extensively with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) for identity provisioning, user lifecycle management, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.

- Drive and implement IAM solutions, aligning them with business and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of IAM processes with existing systems and applications.

- Monitor and enhance security protocols, conducting periodic access reviews and audits.

- Stay updated with the latest IAM tools, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and tools.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (aka Microsoft Entra ID), including its features and configurations.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills
