Reporting To - National Recovery Manager

Department Head - Head of Collections

- Extensive management experience with a minimum of 15 years of quality experience preferably in Collections and Recovery.

Purpose of the Job:

- Managing recovery of secured & unsecured loan products within the Region (KAR/ TN/ AP & TG) for delinquent branches. Implement systems in collections flows & recovery department to meet audit requirements. Leading a time of sizeable strength, mentoring and coaching the collections team including periodic training.

Job Description:

Business and Financial Management:

1. Calibrate growth in line with current segments.

2. Improve collection and legal recovery.

3. Manage cost in line with lower revenues.

People / Team:

1. Co-ordination among cross-functional teams (Sales, Collections, Fraud, Risk) and central teams.

2. Co-ordination with out-sourced agencies for NCL Collection.

3. Identifying and implementing new solutions to existing processes and leading teams with innovative ideas to bring the best out of them.

4. Focus on retention, development, and employee engagement.

Process / Quality Improvement:

1. Build capability at the field level to improve productivity.

3. Ensure strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance & adherence to a management model.
