Recruiter - Engineering and Technology Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various job portals to source candidates for diverse roles
• Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Engineering and Technology Services recruitment.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years specializing in sales hiring or Engineering and Technology services recruitment.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
