Key Accountability Statement

• To identify potential customers and establish relationship with customers
• To tap the market size, market opportunities, new products into the market, future products and competitors
• Understand all Technical requirements from the customer on product specifications, product costing, feasibility and other parameters
• Co-ordinate with Engineering Team, Quote Cell Team, SCM Team and other support team to respond to the customer query or clarifications and quickly respond to the customer needs.
• Convert the RFQs to Order and execute the orders in time with co-ordianate with all functions.
• To ensure Customer relationship management by addressing to customer complaints , foresee customer requirements / needs , coordinate for on time delivery to increase the customer base and ultimately enhance turnover and profit.
• To ensure secrecay is maintained about the informations , documents and trade secrets , whether patented or not in any form , that gives Syrma Technology an opportunity to obtain an advantage over competitors.

KNOWLEDGE:

a) Knowledge of principles & methods for promoting & selling which includes marketing strategy & tactics ,product demonstration , sales techniques & sales control system.

b) Knowledge of practical application of engineering science & technology.

c) Up to date about the existing Market trends (EMS)

d) Proficient in usage of MS office tools
