Job Description
Key Responsibility
Develop and execute the HORECA vertical annual business plan.
Coordinate with respective Area managers to identify and build business relationship with the customers.
Manage P&L for the vertical, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies for the HORECA sector. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Ensure proper shrinkage control and Audit of respective Areas.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management.
Strategic thinking and P&L management.
Industry knowledge (HORECA operations, supply chain, and market dynamics).
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
Excellent decesion making skills as per the market trends
Qualification
Graduate in Sales & Marketing with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in HORECA or related industries.
