Key Responsibility
Address client queries related to orders, delivery, or payments
Coordinate with logistics & Depot teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of customers and sales Payment recovery maintenance and coordinate with ASMs.
Assist in resolving disputes or complaints quickly and proper coordination with the quality team Report making(MIS)
Skills Required
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of CRM tools.
Proper time management.
Proficient in Ms-Excel and MIS depot wise.
Qualification
Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of experience in customer service and MIS
